Who we are?
We Are Here For You
What is a navces
Patient Advocate?
A guide. A navigator. Essentially a medical
“Sherpa” to guide you through a very broken
and complex healthcare system.
What we do in this space, at the level we do it, is
something you need to know about because
when it is your health, the stakes are high.

Proven Engagement
Methodology
We help our members navigate the fragmented healthcare system—when things get “real”—to get to the best High-Quality medical providers for their issues quicker, faster, better, and easier at the most Fair Price.
A good hospital does not always mean a great doctor, nor does it mean the hospital is highly skilled with all medical procedures. Today, there is not much Quality Provider Data available. Patients don’t know where to get care or even what kind of care they need. navces has a proven engagement methodology to maximize your healthcare dollar by implementing Quality and Cost efficiencies. We guide and navigate members to navces recommended in-network High-Value Medical Providers—top Doctors, Hospitals, and Facilities for Procedures, Diagnostic Medical Tests, Treatments, Surgery, and Pregnancy. Members receive the highest-quality care at a lower price point, saving them thousands of dollars for services which are normally subject to the deductible and coinsurance under their health plan.
Employers can feel confident their employees are receiving High-Value care and are not overpaying for it.
The navces Care Guidance team offers preparation and support when it is needed the most. Standard telehealth services don’t offer this level of access nor the ability to choose with whom you consult.
When the “stakes are high,” you need results. You need experience. That is why, when it matters most and you need to choose a specialist, you need guidance to avoid low-quality providers with bad outcomes. You need someone with credentials and experience to provide you with a level of service that is unmatched. Someone who has a proven record. Someone who has done this a thousand times with confidential discretion and respect to your privacy—with the sensitivity of a physician who actually cares for you. That is why we help guide and navigate you to high-quality, high-value providers.
When “Life” Happens
When there are real problems—whether they be acute or chronic—and you want things to move smoother, easier, better, and more effectively…then you need guidance from someone with experience and leverage.
The way we see it, “Your health is not always your decision. How you handle it is.”
In today’s world if you do not know how to navigate the healthcare system, then you are wasting time and resources that you may not have.
What we do is help certain individuals navigate the healthcare system—with the preparation and support where it is needed most.

What is my academic background?
